About Us
Willow Creek Goat Farm was built around a simple idea: produce cheese with complete control over the process. Rather than sourcing milk from external suppliers, we chose to raise our own herd and develop production directly on the farm. This created a closer relationship between the land, the animals, and the final product.

What began as a small-scale operation gradually evolved into a dedicated creamery focused on consistency and craftsmanship. By keeping production intentionally limited, we are able to monitor every stage closely—from feeding practices and milk collection to aging conditions and final preparation.
Over time, the farm became more than a production space. Visitors began arriving not only to purchase cheese, but to understand how it was made and where it came from. Tours, tastings, and workshops emerged naturally from that interest, transforming the farm into both a working agricultural space and a place for shared experience.

Today, our approach remains unchanged. We continue to prioritize small-batch production, transparency, and direct connection to the process. Every cheese reflects the same principle that shaped the farm from the beginning: quality is built through attention, not scale.
